Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

I ordered a drink, went home, and then realized they messed up my order so I went back to get the correct drink. Jordan was extremely pleasant and helpful in getting me the correct drink, whereas other employees were laughing at me saying you drank like half of it already . If it wasn 't for Jordan 's great service and leadership, this would have been a 1 star visit because of the way the other staff had treated me.

The person in front of me paid it forward by paying for my order so I did the same for the person behind me. I think my order was $7-8 but having a stranger do a good deed in my honor definitely brightened my day! I'm going to look for other opportunities to pay it forward in the drive thru lane! Try it for yourself!

Please make sure there not giving out dirty cups at Starbucks this unacceptable. Management has to do better. Yuck! Make sure you check your drinks before drinking!!! Please the department needs to take a health in Safety class on cleanness. last time at this location.

This location is our favored location in the Round Rock area. Staff has always been nice and up beat and the place is always clean. It's starbucks so you get what you're expecting.

I love Starbucks but they got my order messed up but they replaced it with the right one and let me keep the wrong one even tho I didn't want it it's bad luck to waste like that. !
