This location really got bad in the last few years. Now the employees hold conversations with each other while just standing around if you are ording inside. Cleanliness in the building is not a priority. The drive thru is crazy slow. Like waiting 20+ minutes just to order. They absolutely do not care about their drive thru times. Ording ahead is no guarantee your items will be done when you get their either. The drinks and food is the same menu for the past years. Save yourself the hassle go to Dunkin Donuts, what they lack in coffee options they make up in service, and cleanliness. I approached the counter to pay and had to wait a few minutes. When I handed over my card, the cashier handed me a questionnaire. To my surprise, it was asking for a tip, which I found quite disrespectful. I've been to this location many times before and have never been asked about tipping. To make matters worse, it took 10 minutes to receive just two drinks.
Took forever! I went thru the drive thru. The girl was talking and talking to the customers at the window. When it was my turn, she was dancing. I'm glad she was happy...but we drive up usually because we are on our way to somewhere else! I had a frustrating experience at Starbucks when my coffee order was delayed, which caused me to be very late for work. The situation was made worse by the misleading offer of a fake free coffee card. The service was poor, and the forced friendliness of the staff only added to my disappointment. I would give this experience a rating of zero.

Get up to the window to pay. Takes a few minutes, then I hand my card and she says while you wait here is a ?questionnaire?. The ?questionnaire? was asking for a tip, which I found very disrespectful. I?ve been to this location numerous times and I wasnever asked this. Then to boot, it took 10 minutes to get 2 beverages.
This is the second time this has happened to me and my ma they keep making our drinks as if someone has drunk half of it we didn?t say anything the first time but it is getting ridiculous. Never have I ever received a drink like this from any other starbucks
As a student at Stockton University, I really appreciate how convenient it is to have a Starbucks right outside the gate. It's easily accessible, and the welcoming staff enhances the overall experience. I highly recommend it!

Nice big location with outdoor sitting area. It has its own parking lot. It took a while to get my order. Latter was OK but a bit milky for me. Cashier was friendly.
