I have having a rough day but when I got to the drive thru I was greeted by what sounded like an automated system. It was indeed in fact a very pleasant young lady. She was calm, she suggested things she was very patient. She didn't allow the line in front nor in behind me to stress her out. She treated me like a valued customer. Mannerism was off the charts and she made sure I had everything I needed. I tipped her and told her she made my day a lot better. I told her that her customer service was top tier. Thank you Kelsie/Kelsey (Unsure of the spelling) Never stop being kind and continue to spread joy! You're more important than you think.
In my opinion, this is the best Starbucks location. The morning team is truly exceptional—quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly! There's always music playing, and the staff often sing along. When I walk in, they all cheer my name to greet me, which I absolutely love. My orders are always accurate, and if they don't have what I'm looking for, they're quick to suggest something else that turns out great. KD is fantastic, always smiling and ready to help with anything I need. There's also a tall guy with curly red hair whose name I don't know, but he never fails to make me smile. Thank you all! Starbucks was Wonderful Sales associates was Amazing ,Very polite , and knowledgeable of Starbucks , products, I Love Excellent customer service , the Store was Very Clean , and Spacious , I appreciate patience ,Convenient parking ,I'm looking forward to Visiting this Awesome Starbucks Again ??????
