I usually order a venti matcha latte with 9 scoops of matcha, but I've noticed that this location often goes lighter on the scoops. This time, I specifically requested 11 and even paid extra for them. When my order was ready, I checked to confirm they had added 11 scoops, and they assured me they had. However, it still looked light, so I thought it might not have been mixed thoroughly. Unfortunately, what I received was more like a cup of milk than matcha. If I'm paying over $5, I expect a substantial amount of matcha or at least a full gallon of milk. I just don't get why they feel the need to skimp on the green tea; it's not like it's baby formula.
