I've been visiting this Starbucks since I moved to El Monte, mainly because it's the closest option. There was a girl named Ari who used to work the window; she was always friendly and outgoing. However, I believe she's no longer there because I haven't seen her in a while. The girl who works at the window now is often rude and rarely seems in a good mood. Honestly, she would be better off in a role that doesn't involve customer interaction. I always make an effort to be polite, saying thank you and have a nice day, but she hardly acknowledges it. I understand that Starbucks can be fast-paced, but it would be nice if she could at least respond positively or engage with customers a bit more.
