Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

This starbucks always finds new ways to disappoint me ???????. They close indoors too early and they always close before 9 even though they 're supposed to clear out by 9. Last time I came here it was 8:40 and they closed on us literally on our turn. They say they close down earlier than the time posted because they are short staffed but it happens all the time. You can 't order on any other vehicle other than a car and even if you order to take out they only deliver to you on car. Aside from that the line is always taking long and it only happens at this starbucks, so you can expect about 15 to 20 minutes in line. They also mess up orders more frequently than other starbucks near by. Overal...

My niece was in here waiting so patiently for the items she ordered. As she sat and waited everyone who was working there was completely ignored her WHILE COMPLETELY IGNORING THE FACT I WAS IN LINE WAITING TO BE HELPED. When some construction men came in they were greeted and helped and I had to interrupt and mention I've been waiting in life for more then 5 min while Noone was in line. They can't even say that they didn't see me because I had eye contact with each on them.

Store says it?s open but employees keep the dinning area locked and I drive trucks and need coffee in the morning but can?t because workers make own hours

Absolutely love the employees. So nice and polite. Very outgoing. Thank you for risking your health everyday to give your customers a bit of java joy.
