My partner and I went in for a drink. We decided to do some content creating whilst we were in there. A female worker spoke to us in such a disgusting manner that I was absolutely appalled. Her attitude was shocking. To top it off, she went behind the counter and spoke about us to the other workers as she laughed. She then avoided eye contact with me and didn’t even turn to my direction. We didn’t even do anything to make her behave this way. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been with family before and they got our orders wrong twice. If you don’t mind extremely poor customer service, go to this place
Chole who served us was very rude and unprofessional made coffee when told it was cold took it off us remade but was still not as hot as usual. Once we moved she started talking to others behind counter about us. Also not always able to get seat as far to many in there on lap tops taking up tables and when there is a free table it full of used cups. Whilst staff stand around doing nothing waiting for others to be disapointed
the barrists are always on the point, really happy and polite! when asked or to take an order, will help without considering in which they usually get a lot of posture from some, but not here! drinks are always well served and tbh never filled! I'm never disappointed. I place great only 10 minutes from me, so I am quite biased, but about all really great dieucks and service:
I frequently drive by this Starbucks location at least 3-4 times a week. It's conveniently located near the WBA football ground and close to the motorway network. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. I only use the drive-through service, so I can't comment on the interior of the store. Reserva una mesa ahora
Working in customer service myself, I know how important it is to be nice, polite and helpful to customers. I think Jen has done an amazing job is helping with a question I had and she did it so nicely I understood because it being showed to me. Thanks Jen
