I just witnessed something truly disturbing at Starbucks. The barista, August, was serving the gentleman in front of me, who handed him a piece of paper to punch his drinks. After handling that paper, August proceeded to take food out of the oven and came to serve me without washing his hands. I mentioned to him that he should have cleaned his hands before continuing his tasks or serving me, but he just asked if I wanted anything else to drink without addressing my concern. I ended up getting my drink but chose to throw it away. It's clear that safety is not a priority for him. I'm extremely disappointed and will never return to this location!
