This Starbucks location on base is by far my favorite to go to. Yes, there is a line, but there is a reason, they are simply amazing. They take pride in what they do and it shows day in and day out. From the cleanliness of the store (which is a big deal anyways, but in a hospital during covid, above and beyond) to the smile on their faces even when they are short handed and super busy. This is a Starbucks where you want to spend your money.....plus they're the only location on base that serves nitro.....another check in the win column for me!!!

This Starbucks location on base is by far my favorite to go to. Yes, there is a line, but there is a reason, they are simply amazing. They take pride in what they do and it shows day in and day out. 1. No name tags on team members Lady taking order was constantly taping her mail on the counter top. Learning about this Starbucks 2. I wanted to use my point and I was told They don?t do points and it?s a franchise store. 3. No hot food past 3:30 This needs to be posted and visible to patrons. Wasted valuable time away from my husbands multiple day stay.

One of the baristas is top notch! Very friendly attentive and hardworking! The mgr is great too. One is not friendly at all and gives a lot of attitude for simple requests. Seems like she doesn't want to be there. Hopefully mgmt can speak to all employees to covey at least a neutral attitude when helping customers

Easy to find. Average customer service. I got an iced coffee in a reusable container. I selected Starbucks because there were no vending machines nearby. I was lucky to be first in line. The rush crowd came in and the line was very long behind me.

I am not a Starbucks person but I try to know what I want before I get to the cashier.. the lady staci is very rude.. she has bn rude to me in two occasions.. everyone else seem to be nice even the manager.. but that lady.. smh Reserva una mesa ahora

The customer service not the best. They don't use gloves or wash their hands, and they always touch the top of the cups where people mouths go.
