While I think the staff are super nice and my coffee is always great here I can’t help but to give honest feedback back. As a GM myself a key area that needs attention are your restrooms. This location has some serious cleanliness issues in the restrooms. I know first hand things can go south quickly however i personally have noticed spots on the wall that have been there over a year. These bathrooms simply don’t get cleaned the condition they were in this morning was absolutely horrific. Urine all over, dirty toilets empty soap, toilet paper everywhere. Dirt caked floors its need a deep clean and a consistent cleaning schedule. There really is no excuse here as they are small areas to maint...
I don't understand why they moved all the chairs and tables outside. I had to wait a long time for my coffee. Parking: No parking available. Service: Take out only. Type of cuisine: Other. Price per person: $10-20. Food quality: 1 out of 5. Service: 1 out of 5. Atmosphere: 1 out of 5. It is difficult to find parking and there are no parking options nearby.
This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I ordered online 15 minutes prior to going to the store to pick up my order, but I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes once I arrived. This has happened to me multiple times, not just once. At this Starbucks, it takes almost 30 minutes to get your coffee. Service is take out only.
My experience at this Starbucks coffee location was unpleasant. The older lady working the cashier was very rude and her behavior made me feel very uncomfortable. She made customers wait five extra minutes while pacing back and fourth before taking orders. Service: 1
