Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

Racist! Racist ! Racist!I was waiting there for 15 min , 2 representatives were busy doing their own thing. I asked if anyone can take my order , then she came and with a rude tone took my order.Then waited another 15 min for a tall Frappuccino. When I asked if my order is ready she said there’s other orders were being made, I was the only customer there by the way. I never felt racism in any other Starbucks, but this Starbucks experience was not very pleasant.

I love this location! I pass by at least two other locations to get my coffee simply because they staff is always so welcoming and nice! Specifically the morning staff since I typically get my coffee on the way to work. Even when a mistake was made with my order, the team was so sincere in fixing the order mistakes happen especially for how busy they are! The simple good morning shouts do make my day!

The restaurant was very busy, with a long line in the drive-thru that was moving efficiently. I went inside, placed my order, and it was prepared quickly. The employee who took my order did a fantastic job and also helped other staff members seamlessly. She really kept everything running smoothly. As I left with my order, I told her she deserved a raise or promotion.

Very kind and friendly staff. Mobile order completed quickly. Only issue is that I feel that they skimp out on some ingredients. For example, pumpkin flavor at other Starbucks I go to outside this particular place is much more flavorful. You can even tell the pumpkin foam color isn’t “as orange” as other places. Every time I walk in, I am greeted by friendly staff. The restaurant is consistently clean and they always have oat milk available when requested. The drive-thru operators are always attentive and Jamie in particular is very polite and personable, asking about my day. The parking lot is also well-maintained with plenty of spaces available.

Every time I come inside, I’m greeted. The store is always very clean. They always have oat milk when I request it. The different drive thru operators are always really friendly especially Jamie. To expensive and it's not any good I ordered a coffee they gotta make it so confusing a reg coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 and 2 sugars there telling me it's some kind of grande no I want larg reg coffee and the food is even worse pastries are hard and almost

Your customers love awkwardly getting asked to tip at the drive thru after they paid over $5 dollars for a cup of coffee. Are you insane? Bad business.

I placed my order in advance and it was ready for pickup on time. The drinks were excellent.
