Coffee was horrible, lukewarm and old, they used milk instead of cream, service was extremely slow. 3 people working there. 2 were working there butts off, while 1 young girl was just standing and watching. I'm guessing she was in training. Drivethrough had a line wrapped around the building. While people were also waiting inside dining area for there orders. Guess it'sa matter of not enough staff and better organizing. I gave 3 stars because I truly believe it was not the employees faults asthey were understaffed and it was beyond there control.. They were overwhelmed at that moment and did the best they could withthe rush. Management needs to do better for them. Step it up Starbucks manage...
I ordered a mobile pickup shortly after 5 pm for a 5:15 pick up. I got there around 5:20 and stood there, not able to get anyone's attention. It was over 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and let me know that they couldn't make 2 of my 4 drinks. By the time I left the ice in the two drinks that were ready had almost completely melted and is no longer drinkable. Think twice before ordering for mobile pick up at this location. I consistently enjoy outstanding service from the team at this Starbucks location. It's one of my go-to places for a quick breakfast. The service is fast and efficient, earning a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere is equally impressive, also scoring 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Frappuccino, Vanilla Crème, and Peach Tranquility. There's ample parking, including a free lot. All in all, it's a fantastic spot for a delicious meal.
Shout out to my barista, Audrey! I ordered a mobile with an iced white chocolate mocha and banana bread, arrived on time, and she took care of me right away. They had run out of banana bread for the day and Audrey was quick to offer alternative optionsor a refund. She even took time to teach me about the app and how to earn enough stars for a reusable cup! SUPER friendly, Ifelt very cared for.

This location always has an excuse that they are under staffed! Twice this week, my mobile order wasn?t ready! Took them over 10 minutes to prepare my drink, while waiting there! On top of that, they got my order wrong! Stay away from the Beltsvillelocation if you value your time, they definitely do not!
By far the slowest prep and most oblivious workers of any Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Every time, but still come now and then becuase it’s so close. Just poorly managed. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Who doesn't like Starbucks?? When I am being cheap, I always ask for the dark roast coffee of the day. It will cost around $3.33.
