Cons: The atmosphere can often feel more like Chuck E. Cheese than Starbucks when noisy, unruly kids and teens take over. The WiFi is frequently down without any notice, which is frustrating for dine-in customers who need to get online. Pros: Plenty of seating, reasonably quick service when it's not busy, and a nice patio area. Customer suggestion: Please inform customers when the WiFi is down before they order, or at least post a notice on the door or window. Just now, two dine-in customers left visibly frustrated, and I’m about to do the same, relying on my smartphone data with no plans to return anytime soon.

WiFi is also frequently down with no notice or warning to dine-in customers who might be looking/need to get online. Pros: lots ofseating, reasonably fast service when not busy, nice patio. Customer suggestion: Let customers know when WiFi is down beforethey order or at least post a notice on door window. Two dine-in customers just walked out in obvious frustration as I'm writingthis (using my smartphone data) and I'm about to follow suit with no intention of coming back anytime soon.

The staff here are tougher than U.S. Marines—I truly salute them all. Even during the hectic morning rush, the baristas remained incredibly kind despite the pressure. Every time I use the drive-thru, the person at the window is always friendly. I’m not sure what you’re paid, but you definitely deserve much more. Thank you for your hard work, baristas!

These employees are stronger than the U.S Marines. I salute you all. Even in busy morning rush hour, the baristas were so kind despite being overwhelmed. Every time I go through the drive through, whoever it is working the window is always friendly. Idon?t know what you get paid but you deserve a lot more! Andrew was awesome. Andrew was multitasking because it was super busy, but still attentive , polite , and engaging with customers. It is hard to find employees with a sense of urgency , while still being efficient and proving great customer service. Andrew?s kindness and work ethic deserves recognition!

The music is excessively loud, creating more of a nightclub atmosphere than a café. It seems they believe that since customers don't linger, they can crank up the volume. Additionally, the coffee is consistently not hot enough. This has been my least favorite Starbucks experience.

Every time I go, the hot breakfast is ready, but I end up waiting at least 10 minutes for my drink. What's the use of a hot breakfast if it gets cold while I'm waiting for my beverage? Reserva una mesa ahora

Sunday afternoon and over 10 mins wait for a bar drink. They seems to really leave a lot of room (did not request to leave room). Recommend to avoid or mobile order wayyyy ahead.
