We waited in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes, even though there was only one car in front of us. There appeared to be some issues with the order of the car ahead, leading to a prolonged exchange between the driver and cashier. It would have made sense to move that car to the parking lot while they sorted things out to prevent the line from getting longer. When we finally reached the window, we mentioned the long wait to the employee who took our order, but received no acknowledgment or apology. My review is based on my recent experience and does not reflect overall customer experiences. I give a five star rating today because I noticed from all the times I've ordered in-store, Gus, an employee, is always operating at more-than-professional pace. The whole crew was working well, from the 1:30pm onward shift, but he stood out the most because he was moving exceptionally faster. Just wanted to let others know he can be counted on.There was a small piece of fruit in my drink. (I learned about it upon asking what it was) And I was totally fine with drinking it that way, but they discarded that drink and gave me a new one. To me that was professionalism, and I appreciated that.
This Starbucks location is one of the worst I have ever been to. The timers are off, indicating that the drinks are not being prepared cleanly or with fresh ingredients. The coffee is old and should be replaced, yet they continue to serve expired coffee. The food area is messy, making everything unappetizing. The staff is unfriendly, with no greetings or hellos. Despite being a busy drive-thru, they should pay more attention to the guests. It is also frustrating that it takes much longer to receive a latte in-store compared to the drive-thru. Elizabeth was helpful during our visit, but due to the unsanitary conditions, I will not be returning to this location.
Every day, this Starbucks location gets worse and worse. Dont come here if you value your time or are on your way to work. Orders are never ready at given time on the app. And they're always late with orders for more than 10 minutes ! Ordering ahead defeats the whole purpose as this location ALWAYS makes me late more than 15 minutes late to work !!! It's ridiculous! And the customer service, they won't even acknowledge you while you stand there attempting to ask a question about your order. It's like you don't exist unless you get rude.

Went to get 3 grande Caramel fraps and 90% of it was literally water. Didn’t taste like milk and had very little caramel. If I wanted water I could have asked for 3 water cups. I was very disappointed to say the least. Never again at this location. Don’t waste your money here people.
Honestly, I’ve tried to get an interview and see when would they follow up but they tell me every time they haven’t followed up with anyone and it blows my mind sometimes it’s not crazy I know things can get busy at times but then what’s what you hav an team
The restaurant shows a lack of concern for walk-in customers and prioritizes drive-thru and mobile orders. If you have plenty of time to spare, you can come here, but if not, I recommend going elsewhere.
I love the customer service and the way that they handle customers with patience and kindness! Yulie and the rest of the team are amazing with customers they treat us like people not a number.

Not happy at all. It was our 2nd time at this location and both times speed of service was horrible. We were in drive thru about 18 minutes. Definitely not going back to this
