my experience there were typical dieucks also overcrowded in the drive thru. I traveled from las vegas to arizona to California and they were all the same. I feel they have to come with a system that lets our customers get in and out in less than 5 minutes. the majority of the people who come in and out here, on the way to work or on the lunch break no one has time to wait 20 or 30 minutes, only for a cup of coffee. in my case it's hot chocolate. I don't drink coffee. We waited in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes, even though there was only one car in front of us. There appeared to be some issues with the order of the car ahead, leading to a prolonged exchange between the driver and cashier. It would have made sense to move that car to the parking lot while they sorted things out to prevent the line from getting longer. When we finally reached the window, we mentioned the long wait to the employee who took our order, but received no acknowledgment or apology. Placed an order for 5 vanilla been frap. and payed for a banana to be added on each. After a long 30 minute wait, I got my drinks. They had almost no banana taste in them, were super watery, and the whip was very watery as well. I have been ordering this type of drink for many years now different locations and always tasted the same. Phenomenal. But this one's had no taste at all and we're super watery. Waisted half an hour and payed over $35 for the drinks just to see them end up in trash after I tasted them. Very disappointed
Would be great if when you pull off the freeway to get a coffee during well before the listed closing time. Listed as 8 and its 330.. apparently 6ou can't trust it. Great waste of time of 30 minutes in the drive through with the car 1 up getting its odder. If your gonna take 1 you should take the other 3 cars then close...
Waited in the drive-thru lane for nearly an hour and never got my order taken. Employees were inside, but didn't have the decency to communicate to customers that the store was closed early for the day. Hours weren't updated online to reflect temporary schedule. There was a long line of vehicles wasting their time too.
