As I was looking at my cup, I noticed what looked like a black hair on the outside. When I tried to remove it, I realized it was actually inside the cup! To my horror, there was about four inches of black hair floating in my drink. In total, I found two pieces of black hair in my frappuccino, and I was thoroughly grossed out.
I returned to the counter to explain the issue, and instead of a sympathetic response, the staff gave me a judgmental look as if it were my fault. One of the employees even made a comment suggesting I should "fix my hair." I work in fast food too, and my hair is always neatly tied back and off my shoulders—never in a low ponytail.

The customer service at this restaurant was disappointing. They only prepare drinks in disposable cups, so you have to pour your drink into a reusable one yourself, and they only offer a discount for Starbucks brand cups. Additionally, the woman at the register seemed unsure about how to give change. As for the other location in the terminal (which isn't listed on Google Maps), they don’t accept cash, which is surprising since many people still use it. Overall, the customer service left much to be desired.
In my view, a simple "good morning" and a bit more urgency in service would make a significant difference. Most customers are just looking to grab their coffee and get on with their day. I usually go to the Creve Coeur location, but I find its lack of a drive-thru inconvenient. I wonder if going inside would actually be quicker than waiting in the drive-thru line. I apologize for bringing this up after having experienced long waits several times, but I felt it was important to mention.
After a gap of more than 3-4 months, I saw her again at this new location. I was certain that she wouldn't remember me, but to my astonishment, she did! Even though I was masked, she recognized me and recalled both my name and my usual order of coffee and cake. I was genuinely delighted by her memory; it really made me feel special. Thank you, Keri!

The line was incredibly long, and the cashier took an eternity to take orders. I felt sorry for the woman making drinks, as she appeared to be the only one of the three staff members who was doing her job efficiently. Meanwhile, one employee was busy stocking shelves while dozens of us were waiting.
The staff here is friendly, and the drive-thru service is typically fast. Most of the coffees I've ordered have been good, but their cold brew isn't as strong as at other Starbucks locations—it tastes more like iced coffee. Additionally, the cold brew is quite a bit more expensive.
Despite the long lines during the Spring Break rush, the team at Starbucks in Lambert Airport kept things moving smoothly and greeted every customer with politeness.

The service here was very slow. I waited 20 minutes for my coffee, but they were so backed up that I had to leave for my flight without it. Enjoy your $5 Starbucks.
The location leaves much to be desired. The coffee is usually served cold and lacks flavor. I recommend trying a different location instead.
