Ordered from DriveUp. Wanted 2 mozzarella tomato panini. Only one was available. Gave that to my friend. I ordered the Turkey pesto panini. The pesto sauce was great strong flavor but for the cost? Really? Less than half a single slice of Turkey was in it with slightly dried edges. Should be called a roll with pesto sauce. Barely Turkey to be found. Coffee was good.
This is the latest Starbucks location in the area, but it still has some drawbacks. The main issues are the slow service and unenthusiastic staff. It's disappointing to overhear the staff constantly complaining about being at work while you're waiting for your coffee. Other than that, it's a typical Starbucks. The drive-thru option is a bonus.
Review for my visit on June 4th 2021 at 5:40 PM. The young lady in the evening shift was rude and wouldn 't turn on the microwave to warm up the croissant when closing time is 7:30 PM. When asked for a coffee stopper, she said we won 't carry plastic in westport while handing over cold coffee in a plastic cup . Phewwwwwwww
The management at this Starbucks location has failed to address a racist customer who has been harassing one of their employees, a black male. The employee is being stalked and harassed, and fears for his safety. It is appalling that this behavior is being allowed to continue unchecked. Reserva una mesa ahora
It is appalling that the district management allows employees of color to be assaulted and called racial slurs on a daily basis, all while doing nothing to address the issue and ultimately forcing out employees of color.
The waiter was very arrogant and often closed the restaurant two hours before the scheduled closing time.
The coffee was absolutely dreadful! I have never had such a poorly made beverage in my life.
