Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

I normally come to this Starbucks often. Almost every day. However, I’ve noticed the customer service has gone down. I came in and got a banana nut bread loaf and instead they gave me a pumpkin bread slice. Ok, no problem people make mistakes. What really upset me was the guy on the other side of the counter who decided to sarcastically argue with me saying it was indeed banana bread. I said it was not as it clearly looks like pumpkin bread. He then took his mask off sniffed the food and again sarcastically proceeded to tell me it was banana bread. It was certainly not banana bread, in fact the pumpkin bread was placed on the banana bread shelf. Which I found out because the guy wouldn’t fix...

One worker in the morning was not enough. She was very slow and I felt bad for her. That was ridiculous to have one person. In the morning. So I had to walk away. Took too long. But most of the time it is fast. When you have 3 workers.

the gal taking my order was extremely nice. knowledgeable and gave my lemon bread to me for free since it had broken in 2.
