This place is seriously overrated and too expensive. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to get two drinks, and there are always around 12 cars in line. The drive-thru layout is terrible. If you opt to go inside or place a mobile order, it’s total chaos—nobody seems to know what's going on or how to take a complete order. I've even seen customers walk out in frustration. The food is all pre-packaged and frozen, then microwaved, so I don't understand why it’s considered any better than McDonald's. The coffee is overpriced for what you get, and to make matters worse, it was lukewarm when I finally got it—I had to chug it before it got any colder. I really don’t understand the hype or wh...
I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my thoughts about this place. I was excited to have a Starbucks nearby, but my experience has been quite disappointing. The staff often display negative attitudes, which significantly diminishes the overall experience. While the drinks are decent, good customer service and a friendly atmosphere are essential, and unfortunately, this location falls short in both areas. Every time I visit, I encounter an unpleasant interaction with the staff. I truly hope improvements can be made.
This location seems to have trouble brewing anything besides Pike Roast. If you ask for one of the other two roasts and find out they're not available, you’ll just be told that those options aren't offered, rather than being given the option to wait for a pour-over. It's best to place your order in advance, but even then, you may face delays or some disorganization. When I placed my order, I ended up with a cup that was filled an inch deep with coffee grounds.
I’m rating this restaurant 2 stars, but it's only because the staff is excellent. Unfortunately, the drive-thru experience is quite disappointing. The layout is frustrating; it can only accommodate about four cars at a time, which often results in additional vehicles blocking the intersection and creating inconvenience for everyone in the plaza. I visit this Starbucks almost every day on my way to work. The morning staff is exceptionally friendly; they greet me by name and remember my usual order without me having to remind them! Jazzy and Quinn especially shine—they always compliment my outfits and take the time to engage in a brief, friendly chat with customers. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the team manages everything remarkably well. Keep up the excellent work!
I am very disappointed with this Starbucks location. Each time I stop by, they seem to be out of the pink drink. I often visit another nearby location without any issues. They claim there’s a stock shortage affecting all stores, but that doesn’t seem to be the case since I can easily get it at the other Starbucks. It feels like the person in charge of inventory at this store is not doing their job properly!
We accidentally ordered at the wrong location, but Jazzy was extremely helpful in guiding us. Thank you so much! However, the drive-thru line can be a bit confusing, especially when it stretches into the parking lot intersection. It appears that some people are uncertain about where to queue, which can result in blocking the intersection or cutting in front of those who are already waiting.
