The worst customer service I?ve ever received at a Starbucks. The girl in the drive thru had an attitude, no ?hi?, ?thank you?, or anything. I placed a mobile order that was wrong but didn?t notice until I drove off. I called when I got home just to let them know that the ?sweet cream? had zero sweetness (I?ve had this plenty of times before so aware of what it?s supposed to taste like), and the girl on the phone (I?m assuming the same girl) proceeded to try to argue with me about my drinks. I simply told her that I just wanted to make them aware, in the case someone else orders the same drink. I was not asking for a refund, or even drinks to be remade since I was already home. But she would not stop trying to argue. I eventually hung up because it was not even worth it. Customer service 101 apologize and offer to make it right. I?ll stick to other local coffee shops from now on.
