Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

I would have rated this restaurant five stars, but the service was too slow. My niece wanted to try their drinks, so we decided to go despite her not liking coffee. We ordered a frozen caramel macchiato and noticed they had cake pops, so she got one of those too. While waiting for our drinks, she received her cake pop and found it too dense. After about 10 minutes, I went to the counter to inquire about our order and found out it had been deleted. They took our order again and we waited a few more minutes for our drinks. Despite the delay, my niece enjoyed her drink with lots of whipped cream. Although the staff was nice and friendly, the service was quite slow. We waited for about 20 minute...

This Starbucks location was probably the worst I have ever experienced. Only one employee was nice, the others were really grumpy. The barista made my drink incorrectly and when I politely asked for a fix, she ignored it and continued making other drinks. Another employee had to step in and remake my drink. The service was extremely slow, with our orders taking a long time to be completed. After 15 minutes of waiting, we asked about our orders and were told to wait longer. This was by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

I have visited many Starbucks locations across the US, and this one is by far the worst! The staff is unfriendly, drinks are made incorrectly, and there is attitude when you mention mistakes. I waited 30 minutes for my order while the staff cleaned at the front register instead of taking orders. While one staff member with reddish/orange hair was sweet, the management needs to work on improving service from everyone else. I recommend avoiding this location and driving the extra minutes to the Starbucks in St. Louis.

The staff was extremely impolite, particularly a young woman who refused to give her name. Despite ordering trenta-sized drinks without ice, I was surprised to receive less than a full cup. When I asked the barista at the window for my drink, the woman rudely insisted that not having ice meant I was getting more beverage. Overall, the service was very disrespectful. This has to be the best run Starbucks we have visited. The staff were so friendly,.even with all the chaos of a Starbucks going on! They offered suggestions on drinks with aplomb! The dining area was immaculate as well as.the restrooms! One of the very best!

The line was long, but the baristas were very efficient. I had a complicated order due to allergies, but they handled it with ease and were fantastic. It was my first time at this place and I was impressed with the service.

Long wait times. When ordering via mobile order, you get there to pick up to find out you have to wait in the drive thru anyway to get your mobile order. Horrible business practices!

Something on the way they make the drinks here they are always too watery, it's a shame because they are fast and really kind. The service is truly exemplary.

I am always satisfied!! I literally stop there Sunday throughout Wednesday occasionally Thursday and the staff is alway super nice!
