UPDATED HOURS: 6:30 AM - 2 PM. I found myself running late for work because I placed a mobile order for pickup that I couldn't cancel, only to realize that the location didn't actually open until 6:30. Unfortunately, my shift starts at 6:30! The app wouldn’t allow me to cancel my order, leaving me torn between wasting my money or arriving late. When they finally opened, my order still wasn't ready, so I had to wait an additional 10 minutes, which made my morning extremely stressful.
This Starbucks location is by far one of the slowest I've experienced. The management appears insufficient, and the staff seem unenthusiastic. Even basic mobile orders for a simple coffee can take 45 minutes or longer, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. I sincerely hope the regional managers at Starbucks take notice and make improvements. In the meantime, I’ve chosen to support a local coffee shop until the situation improves.

I found it quite odd that when I ordered a light blend cappuccino, the barista didn’t seem to understand my request. It became even more confusing when another staff member suggested I was just asking for extra milk in my cappuccino. While I understand that new employees might still be training, it was disappointing that no one in the store seemed to appreciate how the roasting process influences the flavor of the coffee.
The location is great, featuring ample outdoor seating and a cozy fire pit. However, there are some downsides. Although outdoor seating is available, the restrooms remain closed. Unlike other nearby Starbucks locations, this one chooses not to open its restrooms. For a better Starbucks experience, I suggest visiting the Ralph's across the parking lot, where you can enjoy both coffee and outdoor seating.
One of the slowest Starbucks chains. Totally mismanaged and low energy employees. Mobile orders of one simple coffee consistently take 45 min or longer. And with poor attitude. Starbucks regional managers, take action. I?ve moved on to ourlocal coffee shop till you get this fixed.
I've visited this restaurant several times, and each time I've had to wait at least 20 minutes for my order. On one occasion, they even forgot my cold brew, despite having three employees working who seemed more focused on chatting and laughing than on serving customers.

I rate this Starbucks a perfect 10/10! The staff is amazing, and the drinks are just as fantastic as you would expect from Starbucks! Haha!
The restaurant closes at 2 PM, which is another reason to prefer Peet's across the street.
