I used to visit this place every day, but that's no longer the case! The drinks keep getting worse! The lattes are terrible, and so is the customer service. Now, I drive an extra mile to a different Starbucks just to enjoy a decent chai tea latte. It's such a shame because the location is fantastic.

I waited in a line of cars for 10 minutes before deciding to go inside the restaurant to place my order. When I walked in, I was surprised to see that there were only two staff members on duty: one was managing everything on her own, while the other was busy chatting with a friend!

I absolutely love this Starbucks! It's the closest one around, and having a drive-thru is so convenient. Even though the drive-thru line can get quite long, they usually manage it really well. The baristas are always friendly, which makes for a great experience!

Amazing customer service!! However, it took 25 minutes to get my tall white chocolate mocha. The service was extremely slow, and it felt like the staff didn’t want to work. If you don’t proactively ask about your order, you could end up waiting forever! Reserva una mesa ahora

I found the service to be quite disappointing. The waitress mixed up my drink order five times and then seemed to have an attitude with me. I get that she’s new, but there’s really no excuse for rudeness.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! They make the best Caramel Ribbon Crunch, and they customize it perfectly to my liking! The photos just don't do justice to how amazing the drink really is.

The service was quite unpleasant and painfully slow. I recognize that working in customer service can be tough, but there's really no justification for such a negative attitude.
