I usually prefer not to complain, but I feel the need to share my recent experience. I received a holiday cup as a gift but wasn’t informed that I needed to go inside to redeem the offers. With my baby unwell in the car and in desperate need of a pick-me-up after a long night, I chose the drive-thru option to avoid exposing my child to the cold and wind. I asked to speak with the manager to see if there was any way they could assist me while I was already in the drive-thru, but she simply said no, and her attitude came off as quite rude.
