I usually don’t like to complain, but I felt the need to share my recent experience at Starbucks. I received a holiday cup as a gift but wasn’t informed that I had to go inside to redeem the offers. With my baby feeling unwell in the car and needing a boost after a tough night, I chose to use the drive-thru to keep my child out of the cold and wind. When I asked to speak with the manager to see if they could help me while I was at the drive-thru, she simply said no and was quite rude. Having been a manager myself, I know there are usually ways to accommodate customers in such situations. In the end, I had to pay full price for my coffee despite the holiday promotion on the menu.

I had my sick baby in the car and needed a wake-up coffee after a long night, so I used the drive-thru instead of going inside to avoid exposing my baby to the cold and wind, which could make things worse. When I asked to speak to the manager to see if anything could be done since I was already in the drive-thru, I was told no. The manager was rude and didn’t offer any solutions. I know there are always ways to help—I’ve been a manager before—but in the end, I had to pay full price for my coffee.
I can't comprehend how they keep making so many mistakes. It's just a delivery order—they should simply read the order on the paper. I'm paying extra for a drink that’s completely wrong, and they consistently don’t have the items I ask for. It's really disappointing.
I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location. The staff were extremely friendly, and the Halloween theme was beautifully done. The message wall was a fun and interactive way to pass the time while I waited for my order.

I visited this restaurant once and was quite satisfied with the quality of service; it was good and enjoyable. Although I can't offer a detailed review of the drinks and food since I only tried a few items, I did like what I had.
Tina is fantastic at this Starbucks! She always goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy. I've been coming here five times a week for the last two months and plan to keep coming back. The service is exceptional!
I started going to this Starbucks in February after relocating, and I’ve had a great experience so far! The drinks are consistently prepared just the way I like them, and I’ve never had to wait for my mobile orders.
The young lady who assisted me this morning at 6:20 am was incredibly kind. I understand that early mornings can be tough, especially before the rush begins. Thank you to everyone!
