As a regular Starbucks customer around the world, I must say that this location is the worst I’ve ever encountered. The staff is careless, slow, and lacks respect for customers. I understand this is a highway store and that many patrons may only stop by occasionally, but customer service should still adhere to Starbucks' standards. Despite having at least six employees on duty, the line was alarmingly long—please see the attached photos. It took them 18 minutes to prepare an iced Venti Americano, and nearly every customer showed their frustration. When we offered feedback, they suggested calling the manager.
