Be prepared for no service or delayed service. I waited for 15 minutes for my order, only to find out they took the payment but forgot my order. Then one of the staff members tells me its not her fault as she didn't take the order and the other member says wait and 5 minutes later i get my order, no apologies or anything. Not that they make it good either ????
The staff and service are excellent, but I'm only giving 2 stars because this location feels outdated. They don't accept Apple Pay or the Starbucks app and rewards program, so regular Starbucks customers won't gain any benefits by visiting here.
After a long wait for my drink, I wasn’t given any extra caramel or whipped cream, yet I was still charged for them. However, I have to commend the employee for being the only one there and doing his best.
They should have and more than 1 barista working at a time. Super slow to where I cant drop by during my lunch break because if you're the third person in line it takes 10 minutes for a coffee Reserva una mesa ahora
