This Star Market has hired a violent security guard who has no shame in intimidating and threatening small female customers. He is an older black male with a giant belly, and he stalked a small asian female just to intimidate her and threaten her safety. He didn’t accuse her of stealing, he didn’t ask to check her basket or bag, he just followed her to the coffee aisle to completely block her way right where there was a cart already blocking half the aisle. He didn’t say a single word to her, ever, during this entire exchange. Just stared. Like a creep. This black male just singled out a small asian female because predators always go for easy prey. And what did management do when I complaine...
I've been coming to this Starbucks for years, but after the arrival of new employees, my experience has changed. I ordered my usual venti Strawberry Cream Frappuccino, but the barista neglected to add the classic syrup, insisting that it doesn't come with the drink. She had a rather unfriendly demeanor, and I felt the customer service was lacking. Interestingly, she was much more pleasant with other customers who approached her, which I couldn't help but notice, as they were white while I am Black. It's disappointing to see this kind of discrepancy in service in 2023. Unfortunately, I can't justify spending my money where I'm not treated well. Her name was Micky.
I had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to the poor attitude and service from one of the employees. I ordered a dragonfruit with coconut milk, but she forgot to add the coconut milk. I also ordered a baked apple croissant, which she carelessly placed on the table. When I mentioned that she didn’t seem very happy, she bluntly replied that she was supposed to have finished work an hour earlier. I had just come from a 6 am to 5 pm shift and really didn't appreciate dealing with such poor service. I won’t be coming back to this location again.
one of the security guards is a real jerk and kind of a creep. Starting putting my groceries from self checkout in my backpack and this bozo flies over and demands my receipt. Got really close to me where he was basically inches away from my face. No apology after either, just walked away. From the understocked aisles to the mouse poop everywhere, they seem to be targeting customers instead of fixing the store. Never coming back again

Depends on the Barista. I get a vente latte, 2 raw sugars, extra hot, and double cupped. Some fill the cup with coffee and others it feels half filled. The same half filled baristas are bitchie and seemed to hate the job.1 4 22. Great group of baristas are now here. Sara is awesome. Coffee is more consistent.
I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks due to the customer service. A new employee named Micky was quite unfriendly when I mentioned that my drink was made incorrectly. Given the high prices on the menu, I expected much better service.
I've visited this Starbucks multiple times over different days and months, but each time I've tried to place an order, I’ve been told that nothing is available. It's quite disappointing.
