I have never had a bad experience until this morning at this Starbucks in Hazelwood. I ordered my tall hot green tea and coffee from my app while at home. It was was paid for already also. So I pull up and see someone at the speaker ordering. I had to pull around. They were still sitting there. No one else was in line or at the window. So I just went around to the window. I didn’t know the rule that I still had to stop at the speaker no matter what. Well anyway I was there after the time that the app said it would be ready. Love the North South location, never had a bad experience till I went to the florissant store on Lindbergh. Asked for some milk after picking up my drinks and food and the very nice gentleman asked his female coworker to get it, who was very put out and did not hide it and kinda scolded me for having not asked before. Was juggling my kiddos and just had long day in general, She didn't smile was was just nasty . Service: Dine in
I will not be back to this Starbucks. The wait time is insane. It took 30 minutes for them to get my drink which was wrong. Now I have to wait for them to remake. This is the loudest Starbucks I've ever been in. The staff is SCREAMING to each other over the loud choice of dance music playing. The tables are filthy. I guess it's great if you need a drive thru fix but don't plan on doing any work here. Even for a 1/2 hour. : Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
