Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

Went there today and the lady that helped me couldn’t be anymore passive aggressive. She was writing down my order and immediately hands the cup to the girl to make the drink but I wasn’t finished. I was trying to tell the cashier I wanted to add an ingredient. I tell her and she gave me a blank stare, followed by a mild eye roll. Her service was aggressive and immature and I never would have done what she did. If it was towards a Karen, then yes of course. But we were simply ordering and couldn’t understand why she acted the way she did until she quickly told us she couldn’t warm up food because they were closing. Again, understandable, but the attitude was redundant. We don’t know the hour...

I go here almost everyday and I have been disappointed recently. My frappe drink doesn’t taste the same anymore. The new employees need more work and practice on making the drinks because these drinks don’t taste the same as they did before. Starbucks already is expensive and costs $6 a drink and the drink should taste decent at least

The girls working at Starbucks are amazing. I can come in not knowing what I want and then they give me their best ideas. And when I do know what I want, it’s always spot on. They’re so happy and so friendly here. Thank you girls!

I gave 4 Sanifair Value-Bon, but the employee only redeemed 2. I wanted unresolved value bons but he gave the redeemed. He also does not understand what orders have said: unfortunately not qualified!
