so i will say that although the food is good and they just remolded the shop this year, so it does look really nice in my opinion, the service is just so bad i try to be understanding and patient since i know fast food/customer service is challenging, but jesus, it’s bad. the wait time for the drive thru is always long (even if it’s just 3 cars), drinks are always made wrong (i.e- getting a hot latte instead of ice), and the online order system on the app always seems like a 50/50 chance on whether they decided if they were going to just cancel the entire menu besides cake pops and regular hot coffee i hate to leave this review as i’ve been going to this starbucks for over 4 years, but latel...

The food was outstanding, easily earning a perfect 5 out of 5. Each item was delicious and beautifully prepared. The service was equally commendable, also a perfect score. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process a breeze. Lastly, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful, earning another 5 out of 5. Even as a takeout, you could feel the positive vibe. I highly recommend this place for a satisfying breakfast experience!
This is the worst place you can go. Very rude. I ordered a white chocolate mocha latter and I was given a breakfast hot tea black. When I came back to return the drink, the girl who took my order, was very apologetic and nice, but the manager was extremely rude and combative and ended up, refusing to serve me and give me the drink. I ordered. She also refused to give me back my money until I told her I was not leaving the drive-through until I got my drink for my money. Service: 1
The drive-thru employee who worked the morning of 01/31/2025 is by far THE worst (not the blonde one with glasses, but the brown haired girl with a nose piercing and no name tag ever). It's crazy how she has not had her attitude checked by management. This location must always get calls because I tried calling to let them know what happened, and their line is always busy. Everything was outstanding! I ordered takeout and found it to be a fantastic experience. The price per person was very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was also top-notch, with another 5 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere was great as well, receiving a score of 5. I highly recommend trying the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin!
