Ordered a kids hot chocolate in kids temperature. My daughter took one drink and completely burned her mouth as she took a big drink. We are used to Starbucks so she knew what temp to expect. After bringing it to their attention I asked if I could just get a refund because obviously my daughter can’t taste anything anymore and we were over it. Manager said she couldn’t give us refund.
