Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

This store has a great location and it has a nice wooden interior. So it tends to get quite busy and noisy. It does not help that the background music is loud and obnoxious. Forget about having a quiet and peaceful moment here or getting a bit of work done, when Britney Spears and her likes are screaming at you from the omnipresent speakers. Furthermore, whether there is a lineup of two or of ten people, it makes no difference, you always wait a long time to get your coffee. I do not think it is because of the incompetent staff, it is more like they're short of people. Last but not least, and that goes for all Starbucks: when will you finally give us back our sugar and cream? I don't need no...

I would give a 100 to service if I can. I went there today around 11:30am ,the manager and the cashier working there were very nice and a good listener. Thanks guys.
