i went to stand up against the cash but the cashier with the blonde hair told me to stand at the end in which 2 other people cut in front of me, When I mentioned this to the cashier, she stated I should have stood to the side instead. Offered no apology and absolutely worst customer service I ever received. Will

Amazing customer service and drinks done by Alyssa!! My girlfriend and I are regular customers at this location and she always greets us by our names which is nice and makes our drinks fantastically! Love this place so much, all other staff super friendly too.

Barista needs to pay attention to the customer while taking an order, instead of making a chit chat with her colleague. Its rude and it causes errors. With 11 bucks for 2 measly coffees, at least make them right! How arrogant.

I frequent this place because it’s the only Starbucks I know that carries Chicken Caprese sandwich aside from the Starbucks in Loblaws by highway 7… always happy with the quality and service!

I go to many Starbucks depending were I am and everyone is polite and respectful. My favorite is at Rutherford and Keele I got there every two weeks the staff know me always very nice.

Mel is the best barista who is really friendly and makes the best coffee.She made my morning happy today.I thanked her and left her a tip. I hope she gets it.

Ordered through uber and got no straws and couldn't enjoy any of our drinks ... Had to wait for them to melt and they tasted gross by then. Thanks a lot.
