I also noticed that the restaurant was not very clean, with dirt in the corners and a dirty floor. When I left at 4:30 pm, there were six employees behind the counter and 12 people in the seating area. Two employees were talking amongst themselves instead of attending to customers. I overheard them saying that they had asked management to address certain issues multiple times without any action being taken. As a new resident in the area, I have decided to look for another cafe to visit. Although this restaurant may be popular and profitable, they are losing customers due to the loud music, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional behavior from staff.
This is the third time I have ordered a drink and it only be filled up 3/4 of the way and have coffee all over the side of the cup at this location…Usually, I have time to show them and they’ll remake it but I didn’t have the time to do that this morning. It’s frustrating when your drink is almost $7 and you’re only getting 3/4 of it. I’m giving two stars because the employees are always so kind and willing to remake the drink.
Please pay more attention to customers who visit this restaurant and adhere to their dietary restrictions. If a mistake is made, please correct it without taking it personally, especially if the customer is in the right. Improve the training of the staff so that they are better equipped to handle these situations. It is essential for those who truly want to work here.
This restaurant is decent, but they still do not have my favorite drink. I really enjoy the Medicine Ball, which is a honey citrus mint tea, and it has not been available for over 6 months. After inquiring about it, they simply said, "Sorry, we're out of stock." I understand that, but at some point they should either restock the product or remove it from the menu. Reserva una mesa ahora
4 stars, only because they are usually out of my first choice of my order. Sometimes food, sometimes drinks. I know to always have a backup order ready. I've always has upbeat, polite service. Food and drink is good, typical Starbucks. I do wish they would mix the drinks more thoroughly, before handing them over.
My husband and I went in for coffee and it was disgusting. Trash was everywhere and the tables were filthy. It wasn’t busy. One lady ordering and a man working on his computer. Several employees. I have never seen a Starbucks so dirty and Unkept. I didn’t even want to sit down so we left before ordering.
