Worst customer service by the Starbucks employee. Asiana or whatever her name has a very poor attitude. She was in a seriously bad mood. Her other teammates were very nonchalant. Neither one expressed any interest to help at all. She went off on me for no reason. I asked to reload my Starbucks card prior to ordering and she said she was not able to do that. That’s not something they do. How? It’s a Starbucks and the other Target ones I’ve been to, do it. I finally told her to forget about it to just go ahead and charge my debit card. I stopped there to get some coffee and while there was a bit of a wait , I was patient. My issue was when one of their employees, DAGEM, brought out some reusable cups to put on display to be sold and she dropped the lids on the ground. Instead of her taking them to the back to wash them off, she proceeded to put each lid that she got off the ground on a cup and set them up to be sold. I asked her why would she do this and she said that “she” expected people to wash them before using them. Lena and Diana should be terminated. First, Lena admitted that her mind was not focused on work and I had to repeat my order. Then, while preparing one of my drinks, Diana seemed confused and kept looking at the cup as if she couldn't understand. The worst part was when my other drink was given to someone else. Instead of simply remaking the drink, there was a lot of unnecessary questioning about who took it and even accusations that I was lying. They even asked for my name, even though Lena was too busy flirting with another customer to even ask for it when I originally purchased the drinks. The Starbucks would be a great place if the staff didn't harass the customers. This happened in the morning and then again two hours later. When I returned later, the same thing occurred. One customer even left in the morning due to issues between two employees, and the situation repeated in the afternoon. Additionally, it took almost twenty minutes for me to get a cup of coffee because one employee was complaining to another employee from a different store.

I ordered two venti coffees for $11.00 and waited in the drive-thru for half an hour (the lobby was closed). When we finally received our order, the coffee was warm and weak. It was a complete waste of time and money. This has happened every time I have tried this particular location.
Customer service could use a little polishing with the young lady at reg., very short with answers, act like she was aggravated with my questions and didnt give or offer receipt just flat out rude.
Very poor customer service. Favoritism for Target employees over shoppers. Impatient, disgusted attitude. Unwilling to explain situation/store policy.I will not return.
