Typically, the service at this Starbucks is quite friendly. However, today I had an unsettling experience with one of the employees. I'm not sure what caused this change, as he is usually nice. Out of nowhere, he told me that I was "plain" or "boring" for always ordering the same thing every day. He then remarked quietly that he was glad he had variety in his life and wasn't boring. While I don’t visit daily, if the management wants to keep customers returning to this location, I don't think gaslighting them is a good strategy. The server was friendly and patient. This was strictly a drive-thru and outdoor ordering experience, with no indoor dining available. Everyone was attended to quickly, and the place was kept tidy. I just wish people would be more responsible and pick up after their dogs, as there was some waste left around the ordering area. That kind of behavior is really inconsiderate!
This place resembles a bank drive-thru, as it's entirely outdoors and operates on a drive-thru basis. The staff in the kitchen were jamming to Ice Spice, pulling funny faces, and dancing as if they were in a music video. Unfortunately, my drink took a long time to prepare, and there was only one car in the drive-thru line.
I got my wife a caramel Frappuccino, and she said it was delicious. We went through the drive-thru, and even though there were four cars in front of us, it only took about five minutes. I would definitely come back here again.
