This Starbucks really took me by surprise. I have to admit I really did 'judge a book by its cover ' this Starbucks does not look like your typical Starbucks and it definitely has some ware and tear. But when I walked in it was so cute and cozy. It was very spacious and it looked really nice inside. They really do need to update/repair their menu boards because they 're very old and slanted. The tables were fairly clean the could use more care but the floor looked great and overall it was very clean. The staff greeted me with a smile and they were all super sweet. I don't usually visit this Starbucks, but I've been there the past two days and one of the employees, Jay C, was really friendly. I've been ordering a Grande Pike coffee for the past 12 years, and Jay C suggested I try the Nitro brew. It had a unique flavor. I still prefer my regular coffee, but I appreciated Jay C's enthusiasm, excellent customer service, and encouragement to try something new.
This starbucks is so so good! I went in about 20 minutes before they were supposed to close, they were super friendly and nice! No one gave an attitude because it was so close to closing time. They were all working as a team to clean and you can tell they take pride in their work. The store itself was clean and organized and my drink was delicious. This location is superb!
The coffee and food were fantastic, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They were all so cheerful, accommodating, and really brightened my day. They worked together seamlessly and did it all with a smile. They greeted us warmly when we arrived and wished us well when we left. Thank you all so much!

I always order from this restaurant but today I requested a large size drink and they gave me a small one. It was a big difference. I was very disappointed. The service was for take-out and the meal type was breakfast. The price per person was $10-20. Overall, I rate the service as 1 out of 5.
The employees at this restaurant were outstanding. They demonstrated impeccable teamwork that impressed me. Kudos to all of them for their pleasant demeanor, smiles, and laughter. They greeted us warmly upon our arrival, and we will definitely be returning soon.
I tried a new pumpkin latte at this restaurant and found it to be strange tasting. The price was extremely high and the tip came to $8.50. The service was decent for dining in, but the food was rated a 3 out of 5. The overall atmosphere received a score of 4.
Stopped in for a coffee for the road on my time exploring around. Lots of parking and close to the highway to get back on the road. Staff here were extremely friendly and prompt as expected.

The staff at this location always make my day, they are so incredibly kind whenever I come here, and of course my drinks are always amazing from here!
Nice place but limited seating compared to how it used to be. Bring back more seating
