Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

I had an unpleasant experience with one of the male staff members who didn’t take my order correctly and even gave me a dirty look. I decided to go ahead and take the drink, but it made me feel quite uncomfortable. I understand that everyone has off days, but that shouldn't be the customer's concern. I'm not asking for a big smile—just to have my order taken accurately. If there are issues hearing, it's better to double-check the order instead of just rushing through the payment. On a positive note, Mike was very professional when handling my orders afterward, so thank you for that.

The worst hot chocolate ever. I'm sorry but it was really horrible. I was told it tasted funny because of the lactose free milk, but I always drink chocolate with that type of milk and it doesn't taste like that. If I worked there and noticed a customer was unhappy, I would change their drink.However, the snowman cookie was great!

I absolutely love the Welland Starbucks! The staff is always friendly and genuinely happy to see you. My dog also enjoys coming along for a pup cup treat!
