At one point, I believe the manager came over to see what was happening. I explained that the employee was being rude, rolling her eyes, and acting aggressively. I asked for her name since none of the staff were wearing name tags. The manager told me that they don’t share names for any reason, which didn’t make sense to me. How could I file a complaint if I didn’t know the employee’s name? The manager responded nonchalantly, saying she didn’t care.

I came in today to get a drink and a cup of water and I was disgusted to find MOLD on my ice cube.I used to work in food service and I know what mold looks like and I hate to see what is in the ice bin.. this is a clear health violation and these managers need to be held accountable!!!!
This location is super convenient! I always mobile order on the app and they have it ready in literally 2 min. So fast and efficient. The staff is always friendly and attentive. My dog gets all the attention when we come in here. They are very pet friendly!! He loves it too! We always come here and get the best service.
