On Friday, January 26th at 7:36 AM, I was disappointed to find that none of the three employees acknowledged me as I waited at the register for nearly a minute. Eventually, one of them approached in a low, timid voice to ask for my order. A similar situation occurred with the next customer who entered. Of the three employees (two females and one male), only the male had a name tag, but it was illegible; it appeared to be a short name starting with either a T or a J. This lack of energy and engagement is not what I expect from Starbucks. I hope this issue can be addressed. The store is located at 8754 Washington Blvd, Pico Rivera, CA 90660 (Store #6545).
My english is not very good, i showed them a picture of the recipe of a cup, and they made a mistake and blamed it on me, while i am not good at english. And when there was the wrong glass of water with my order, I asked them to make another glass but they refused my request. (But as far as I know according to SB's policy that they will redo the customer's water when the customer disagrees with the glass of water and in other SB they still redo it when they make a mistake or me). And there was another man to handle and make another glass for me. I am very grateful for his support.
It's not the first time I've gone to this location because it's the closest to my house however most likely my last time going, due to them having messed up our order more then once however this time we mobile ordered and they messed up on 3 out of 6 drinks and I had to go back out of my way to have them remade. The employees were not apologetic and like i said have gone before and had a similar experience so I recommend going elsewhere if you don't want to have your time wasted.
I stood at the register for a long time, and none of the three employees greeted or acknowledged me. They were too busy chatting about their personal lives, which felt very unprofessional. I've visited several Starbucks before, and the employees typically dress professionally. However, today one of the young women was wearing a top that showed her belly button. I was quite surprised that this was considered appropriate attire; it looked more like something you'd wear to a bar.

It's a great spot for coffee and tea, but the prices are a bit on the high side.
