I don't think there's been a time when this place doesn't disappointment me. Since I started a job here right above the hill of this Starbucks all the times I been to this location is nothing but disappointment. Of all the times I been the drink is either wrong or not done correctly. However, recently I had a frustrating situation. About 2 Friday's ago, I had placed my order when I got onto the 133 in hopes it would be ready by the time I picked I up right before work. The estimated time was only 7-10 mins. I have gotten a new job closer to this Starbucks location so have been going here a couple days out of the week for about two months. I am so disappointed in the staff here. They’re very rude and seem to mess up my order every single time. I always double check the order to make sure that I didn’t mess up but nope it’s them. I understand some days they are busy but this happens every single morning. Also, went inside this time to order my drink and it went from $5.20 on the app to $5.90 in store? Is this even correct? I was having a rough day after taking my dog to the vet. The staff saw me looking a bit down and asked how I was doing. I said I was doing just okay and told them about my dog. Everyone at the bar took a second to say something nice to me despite how busy they were. It was such a genuinely human moment that made an otherwise day a bit better. I hope they see this review because they really made my day a little better.
Will not be returning to this Starbucks any time soon. We got our drinks quickly, but the food items took over 30 minutes, and they weren’t heated at the same time. First food item was cold by the time we got the second. The quality of the food items were also subpar with the egg bites coming in pieces (see photo). Plus they were blasting Disney music. There are much better Starbucks within 2 minutes.

The server was very rude, messed up my order, and didn't even respond to what I said. It took over 15 minutes to receive my order, which I wouldn't have minded if they hadn't been so disrespectful. I'm not typically one to leave reviews, as I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this has been a recurring issue at this location.
The restaurant is typically busy, which is to be expected, but they consistently manage to complete your order quickly, efficiently, and effectively. The staff is always very courteous, making each visit a pleasant experience.

Everyone is always super friendly! Especially Gia she always has a smile on her face and takes a minute with you even if they’re busy ..
