Been to a lot of Starbucks before this is a fantastic one. The staff is very friendly and calls people by name all the time. A lot of repeat business and a lot of the same people are in there which is great. Atmosphere is warm clean and friendly outside seating is gorgeous comfortable and their shade.. sometimes people even bring their small dogs to drink coffee outside but them which is cute. Food is great and a good value if in the area it's a must visit! There are also several other shops to visit around there as well something for everybody in that mini mallParking: Ample parking. Izzy went above and beyond for me today. I had grabbed a juice. I didn't see that it was expired but izzy caught it right away and looked for a new one for me. They did not have the same flavor as it is being discontinued. : BUT izzy made me an acia strawberry drink and just really wanted to make me feel better. And she did a great job! Izzy you are worth your weight in gold ? However, I must critique the remodel, a very open space has now turned into what looks like a cramped subway station. It's a shame really. Can't even really face your family and friends anymore...
If I could give zero stars I would. They are the most inconsistent unfriendly workers. The drinks that you spend $20 on for three are never the same. Today I was handed a hot caramel macchiato with caramel all over the outside of the cup put right in my hand And two other Frappuccino were all water. I will not be going back to that Starbucks. They are a waste of money and they are not friendly.
