Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

Update: I tried the contact page, only to find out it is a dead end. Thank Starbucks shows how you really care about customers and their concerns.I ordered on the mobile app today… my food was to be ready at 8:38 am. I went in at that time and it wasn’t ready. So there was a guy that was making food without any gloves on. Gosh, I hope he washed his hands. My sandwich was last. I wasn’t standing by counter, not even greeted at this location.. and waiting 10 minutes more. I’m starting to dislike Starbucks and their stupid app that is supposed to make things run smoothly. The woman that took care of me, charge me the wrong amount of money. She was supposed to put so much in cash and so much on my debit card. She charged me the wrong amount of money. I tried to call there 10 times. Nobody answers the phone. Very disappointing. Every time I called they’re gonna hang up on you very very disappointedParking: Would not recommend

Went to this Starbuck on 3/2/24 after going to another one with bad service. This wasn't much better. A little faster but my drink was wrong. Got a trenta green tea lemonade and it tasted like water. My husband tasted it and said it taste like water. And he doesn't even like green tea.

The staff is extremely rude and the cafe is filthy. There was coffee and garbage all over the floor. Bathrooms also had no soap and I checked both.
