Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

Very rarely do I head to this location but today I decided to get an Iced white chocolate frape. What I ended up getting was something full of peppermint ? That’s fine. Mistakes happen. I told the barista and she acted like she didn’t believe me. I told her to try it then. She declined and said she’ll make another one…… She ended up making the most god awful plain vanilla frappe. At that point I gave up. I get the holidays are stressful but these drinks are expensive and it’s not okay to waste money like this. My 6 year old made out with my drink instead.

So this place has gone downhill. There are some really hard working people here but the last few months , I’m not impressed. They made a mistake on my order and I was ok with that , but not even an apology or anything, then I didn’t get what I originally ordered. I had to drive back once , I wasn’t going to do it again.

I am loving the new location in Grand Blanc, MI. Great staff always made you feel welcome. The new store is very inviting calm, and has a pleasant atmosphere with the new setup. We have been going to the Grand Blanc store since 2004. and I can finally say that the new store is my favorite in the area.

I wasted 40 minutes waiting for a Americano. No joke. Legit 40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Get staffing, get help. This is not professional.
