Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

While some staff members are quite helpful, there's one in particular who is quite unhelpful and sarcastic. You’ll recognize her easily because she exudes an arrogant vibe. She even has the nerve to suggest that you don’t have to purchase anything from them! Seriously?! It's clear from reading other reviews that I'm not the only one who has encountered rude staff. Management really needs to address this issue!
