didnt listen to the typed out instructions then caught a attitude when asked to correct it. had to ask twice for light ice and he refused to put strawberry bits! even though we asked for extra! it also was unsweetened and their customer service is garbage. not to mention no name tags or polite greeting or behavior. i used to work for starbucks. they need corporate asap. extremely disappointed and it was a complete waste of money!!! Never again will I go their unless I am being reimbursed for this garbage drink

I was quite disappointed with this Starbucks. When I ordered coffee, it turned out to be weak and not even hot. When I inquired about using the bathroom, the woman, who had just served my coffee, claimed it was out of service due to a water line issue. I found this hard to believe since coffee requires water. It was 7 pm, and the store closes at 8 pm. She was already sweeping, suggesting the bathrooms might have been cleaned already.

Sanitary conditions are concerning—wanted to post this review to draw attention from their management and make improvements. Got a cup of coffee yesterday from this store. Saw a fly in the bakery counter/ enclosure—trapped and flying. Not sure how many cake it had landed on. One of the employees touched her nose and then made drinks with bare hands…. Ordered Chai Latte… literally he added hot water to fill the cup… the cha tasted all water… and even worse is the maintenance… could see food flies in the displayed food section…
