I used the mobile app to order and pay for my custom drink, then picked it up through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the person who prepared my drink did not follow my instructions and made it the usual way instead. Additionally, the drink was priced $1 higher than at other Starbucks locations I’ve visited. To top it off, they attempted to charge me for someone else's order. My experiences here have been quite inconsistent, with both positive and negative moments.
