This is first time I’ve ever left a bad review for a business, but it’s necessary. I’ve never experienced a coffee shop with such a bad vibe before. I’m staying in the neighborhood for a few weeks visiting family, I’m walking distance to this location, and have gone 4 times this past week for sheer convenient coffee. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve had a shockingly off putting experience. I will not return after today. Never once has the staff greeted me, they all seem miserable and resentful of their customers. On my first visit, I ordered at the counter. The barista charged me for all sorts of add ons for foam and sweetener that I did not ask for. I could tell that the price sounded high, so...
Stopped here for the first time and I loved how sweet all the baristas are.Was very hectic but they communicated well with me. Never made me feel like I was stranded, Nick took my order and he was very patient with me even tho it was hectic.Totally recommend you to stop in this Starbucks
The coffee is a bit too hot for my taste, as I prefer mine slightly cooler for better drinkability. Thank you for providing your service to our community and allowing us to hold small business meetings from time to time. It's the best “Starbies” I've been to!
During my vacation from February 9 to 13, 2024, I visited this restaurant every morning, and I have absolutely no complaints. I loved it, and I will definitely return on my next trip to Hawthorne. I'm from Costa Rica!

The customer service needs improvement. I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.
This is a very slow and it took 1 hour just to get my 1 order and they even got it
One of the few places where they really give you what you ask for... Satisfied!
