The drinks are generally well-prepared and taste great. However, when they aren’t made correctly or there’s an issue with the flavor, the response is often just a casual apology, with no effort to resolve the problem. I've experienced poor service from the baristas when it comes to addressing their mistakes in drink preparation. Despite visiting multiple times a week, this lack of accountability is disappointing.
I've got no complaints. Convenient parking right outside the door. In-N-Out in less than 5 minutes with my order. Dining room is large and wide open. Plenty of indoor seating. As clean as can be expected. Sitting in a little strip mall with a 99 cent store and that can sometimes be a problem. No vagrants living at the Starbucks. All in all decent experience.
This was the worst, dirtiest, and most disorganized Starbucks I've ever visited. The service was slow and terrible. The barista on duty at 11:00 a.m. on Monday was too busy chatting and seemed completely distracted. The floors, windows, counters, and tables hadn't been cleaned in days. The manager should be held accountable for this.
Came here to get coffees, as my friend attempted to get a drink out of his cup, all the coffee spilled on him and on the table and all over the floor. Luckily he is ok but ladies working here didn't bother to ask if he was ok instead gave him a rag to clean himself but they did make us new drinks. Reserva una mesa ahora
I visit this Starbucks once or twice a week, and it’s my favorite location. The service is consistently quick, whether I'm at the drive-thru or inside. Tonie is exceptional! She’s friendly, organized, and very pleasant to interact with. It’s a perfect spot for a refreshing pick-me-up!
Leslie is absolutely the best ! She explained the app rewords system to me and she was extremely helpful in helping me select my gift. Thank you for your guidance and support
Bad services and disgusting taste of coffee. I do not recommend coming and buying from this store
