Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

I have been going to this store a little over two months, ever since I moved. At first I felt like the drive-thru was extremely efficient and kind but today 's experience has definitely shaken that. I usually place my mobile order on the way to my car in the morning, which gives me about 10 minutes to go get it. The app always shows about a 10 minute time for pick-up. Today the line was longer and slower, I thought someone must be being extra and holding it up. When I got to the window I was met with no greeting or kind face, I assume she was overwhelmed. Name Tag said Liz . She questioned my order, whether or not I actually placed it, if I placed it to the right store etc. Normal questions...

I really like the atmosphere of the Starbucks location, it always feels like they have ample room for everyone. I would like to see it a little bit more cleanly and the service is 99% of the time pretty great, there is always a one off time where ; They get it wrong or are slow, but they typically do a good job making up for it or apologizing.

Cool barista this afternoon. He had just started his shift and had lots of energy. I had the soy iced chai tea no ice delicious. Loved the energy and how the barista got to know me. I'll definitely return when my next crave happens and I'm in this area with a client. I recommend this location.

We frequent this location quite a bit. Not daily regulars, but a couple of times a week. Lately, they have been understaffed and understocked. For some places, that's normal. For this Starbucks, it wasn't normal in the past, but being in the undies is normal now. Reserva una mesa ahora

They actually get to know you at this starbucks. Kind and caring crew is efficient and friendly and having a good time. Parking is a bit of a challenge in this location and traffic too.

I got myself an iced latte and my son a hot chocolate. Hot chocolate tasted like it was chocolate water and my latte tasted like burnt espresso with little milk.

This is a nice Starbucks with good service and enough room to not be crowded. It was overall a pleasant experience.
