This was one of the worst Starbucks experiences I have ever had. When I arrived, no one greeted me, so I greeted the two girls who were working. I placed my order but was not asked for any customization options, and was simply told that my drink would be ready at the end. When it was finally ready, my name was not called out like it usually is at Starbucks. This was not the typical Starbucks experience I am used to, especially considering the already high prices. The staff could have been friendlier, at the very least. I could only see one girl's name tag, which read Genesis. I would recommend another Starbucks location over this one.
I came in and ordered two drinks, I had a $10 gift card on my app, I presented it to the barista. She scanned it and told me I only needed to pay the difference of 58 I swipe my card and ended up paying the full $10.58 on my personal card, my gift card is still gone and I technically paid for those drinks twice. I never received a receipt, my gift card was never reloaded on my app which means it was used. I don’t think I will be coming back.
please check out the food in case before ordering! the people ordered before me and the food was pulled out of the fall, so I know that this doesn't show any food. in case there was a mold and about 10 foliage landings on several dings in case itself. that means that the dings are not cleaned properly and are not taken care of when they are stuck a splashy sandwich in the window.
I ordered an Iced London Fog Tea Latte but was told that it only comes hot. I have ordered it chilled several times before and understand that it takes 5 minutes to brew. I always tip them for their effort. It's one of my favorite drinks, but I was disappointed this time.

They missed my order at the talk box. Spent 20 minutes in drive up line and they did not have the order ready. O K, things happen, so I offered to park and come inside. Was pretty much ignored while they made other orders. Boo! Hiss!
I ordered my two drinks and two sandwiches and one was so burned that I couldn't eat it for the living of me and I couldn't go back because it was a bit mark in it and I felt bad to bring it back
The girls there are rude and will roll their eyes at you if you repeat what you wanted to make sure she got it right while she’s just chatting it up with the co worker . My drink was gross
